A one of a kind collectible!! - minted in USA.  The Shark Tooth Collection includes 4 shark teeth molded from an exact replica tooth from world record shark caught by the famous Frank Mundus who went on to inspire the character Quint in the movie JAWS.  See The Story below.
Each shark tooth is 1/4 oz .999 fine silver for a total of 1 oz for the collection.  Each set includes the silver tooth along with a gold plated silver, rose gold plated silver and black ruthenium plated silver version.  Limited to 250 sets Worldwide.  Includes COA and presentation box.
THE STORY
This collection of shark teeth are exact replicas made in silver of the original tooth that came from a record great white shark caught on August 6th, 1986 by Frank Mundus.  It weighed 3,427 pounds and was 17 feet long.  Considered the largest shark ever caught on a rod and reel at the time.
Frank Mundus was a very famous shark fisherman and is believed to be the man that inspired the shark fisherman 'Quint' in the original Jaws movie.  Peter Benchley actually went fishing for Great Whites with Frank Mundus shortly before he started on his book Jaws.
