    Up for auction is this rare silver medal weighing 4.85 ounces and features the likeness of a Georgia Family.  It is the Georgia National Bicentennial medal.  It has the year 1777 on the front of the medal.  It is composed of .999 fine silver. The year of minting is 1976 (best guess) and it was produced by the Medallic Art Co. The round is uncirculated but has not been certified. The precious metal content is about 4.854 ounces, or 137.6 grams or 4.421 Troy ounces.  Get this silver piece now before the price of silver goes any higher.
