Rotating Music Box Doll Stand - fits size 3.5" - 5" Dolls  Floral Motif. There is some glue residue on stand that can be seen in last photo as slight yellowing.  I suspect that it some epoxy resin residue from attaching the rotating blue circle to the white base of the stand.  It is not particularly noticeable and would be even less noticeable if a doll is placed on the stand.  Unbranded.
